openEmail form sends email even if password is incorrect

Description
Need to determine if this feature is still relevant or obsolete.
- Browse to http://ipmcenters.org/intranet/ (no longer directly linked from ipmcenters.org)
- Formerly linked from ipmcenters.org "Center Cooperators click here for Intranet" at bottom of page
- Targeted Email
Rosemary reports: If you use the form to e-mail to "Editor/Writer", you get a screen that says that you used the incorrect password and to contact rstinner@cipm.info. However, it sends the message anyway, to ebm24@cornell.edu (Elizabeth Myers’ old e-mail address) and to Rosemary’s e-mail.
Should not send email -- and give user a link to the general feedback form, with response addressed to appropriate person.
Test to see if this occurs with other destinations selected as well.
