To reproduce: http://ipmcenters.org/index.cfm/zzzzzzzz/
To debug: log in as admin and append URL parameter ?showtrace=true
The Mura 404 "page not found" page seems to be included successfully but another resource is missing -- not sure which.
Debug info does not provide enough information. Maybe edit header to check for IP and use <cfsetting showdebugoutput="yes">
