IPMCenters.org national site

If a user forgets their password, they can reset it. That is supposed to send an email to the user with a temporary password; but the email is not working.

Andrew said it is not a whitelist/blacklist issue.
Tried changing various email settings in settings.ini.cfm and in site admin, without results.

Specified custom email messages for each notification type in Mura admin > site setting > email. Now password recovery emails work if user tries to sign in by pressing Esc+L on any page in the public ipmcenters.org website. Also, by setting autoresetpasswords=true in settings.ini.cfm, the password recovery email does not include a plain-text password; but instead a login link to a page where the user is prompted to enter a new password.

Unfortunately, if the user accesses the sign-in screen by browsing to ipmcenters.org/admin, password recovery does not work correctly. The email generated does not use the text specified in the site admin -- it seems to use generic text and does not have a "from" address. Uncertain why that happens. Result is a generic email that ends up being flagged as junk mail. Also, it includes a plain-text password, not a login link.
